A review of the project’s site for compliance with various City Ordinances including, but not limited to, landscaping, vehicle and bicycle parking, sidewalks, accessibility, traffic circulation, driveways, erosion control, fire access / apparatus location, setbacks, drainage, utilities, zoning. Site plan is reviewed by the following departments and associated entities: Building Inspections, Fire, Engineering, Traffic, Planning & Zoning, Landscaping, Public Works, Health, Airport, GMS Waste Disposal, and Brownsville Public Utility Board.
