CITY OF BROWNSVILLE 2019
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE
AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) - 15-DAY COMMENT PERIOD
Notice is hereby given that the City of Brownsville 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be made available for citizen review and comment on Monday, February 08, 2021 – Tuesday, February 23, 2021. The CAPER can be accessed at https://www.cob.us/2227/Public-Notices. The CAPER will also be available at the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) located at 1150 E. Adams Street, (El Tapiz- 3rd Floor).
The CAPER is a document that contains a summary of resources and accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Comments may be submitted in writing to the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) by February 23, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. The public may also submit their electronic comment using the following Survey Monkey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CAPER2019. The OSI will conduct a virtual public hearing on February 18, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., to give citizens an opportunity to comment on the accomplishments and performance. To avoid large gatherings and to avoid the spread of COVID-19, the City will hold the public hearings virtually. The City of Brownsville will submit its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the program year 2019-2020 at the San Antonio Field Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about Monday, March 8, 2021.
