A makerspace is a collaborative work space inside a library for making, learning, exploring and sharing that uses high tech to no tech tools. These spaces are open to kids, teens, adults, and entrepreneurs and have a variety of maker equipment including 3D printers, laser cutters, cnc machines, heat presses, soldering irons and even sewing machines.
Makerspace Services are available at the Main and Southmost Branch.
Makerspace programs include: 3DPrinting, DIY t-shirts and tote bags, Perler Beads, and pottery pinch pots! We are rolling out our new services little by little starting with 3D printing, our Heat Press, and cutting plotters.
Be sure to stop by the library or check our calendar for more information.
