Danielle Banda is an American Media Professional with experience in Multimedia Journalism, Videographing, Photographing, Assistant Directing, Acting (L.A. Talent Agency), Digital Editing, Casting, Producing, and Costuming.

Banda graduated with honors earning a B.A. Degree in Communication (2016) and has a M.A. Graduate Degree in Contemporary Communication via Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore (2019-2020).

She recently served as TV Host (2017-Present), Correspondent (2018) & Producer (2017) for a syndicated Lifestyle/Entertainment TV show (filmed nationally/internationally) which airs via Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. weekdays from 9-10 am on KABB-TV FOX 28 , KFDM-TV CBS 6, KGBT-TV CBS 4, KFOX-TV 14, KTXS-TV ABC 12, KSCC-TV FOX 38 and other areas across the state of Texas including regions of Northern Mexico. Today, she serves as Lifestyle/Entertainment TV Host, Executive Producer & Co-Creator for Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc (2020-Present).

Adam Cardona

Adam Cardona is the morning news anchor at NBC 23. He is a Valley native – born and raised in Brownsville. 

Adam has served in roles that involve community engagement and marketing. He launched his career at NBC 23/CBS 4 in July 2021 as a multimedia journalist. After a year of reporting, he was promoted to the NBC 23 This Weekend anchor. Adam is now the anchor for NBC 23 Today and NBC 23 Midday.

Adam is passionate about all things local from events to food. On his downtime, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and keeping up with his pet beagle, Ellie and rescue dog Rudy.

Adam is excited to share stories that impact the Rio Grande Valley with his friends and family here!
