ABOUT US & Services

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is a department within the City of Brownsville that focuses on providing leadership throughout the development and enhancement of internal and external project processes. In addition, EPMO aims to facilitate governance for the greatest project portfolio. All while upholding and communicating the City of Brownsville’s vision through effective project and construction management throughout the organization.
