The mission of the Financial Services Department is to provide effective and efficient financial planning and reporting, treasury, procurement and contract management services to City departments and governmental agencies in order to deliver municipal services at the highest standards to our community.

Functions
Accounting & Compliance Management - Oversight of the daily operations, which include payroll, accounts payable, grants, and reconciliations.
Financial Management – Oversight of the City’s annual budget, five-year Capital Improvement Plan, long-range forecasting, and monitoring of city expenditures.
Procurement & Contract Management – The Division is responsible for the facilitation and compliance of all procurement methods as directed by the City's approved Procurement Policy and administering the purchase order process and the procurement card program.
Treasury Management – Oversight of the City’s investments, cash flows, distributions, collections, and relationships with banks and investment firms.
