Bonfire Interactive – The City of Brownsville has partnered with Bonfire Interactive, a web-based vendor registration, and bid solicitation database. Bonfire Interactive provides vendors with convenient online access to bid information for the City of Brownsville.
Interested vendors, can access the registration site Texas Purchasing Group using the Vendor Registration Link, select New Registration to create your free Bonfire account. Registering as a Vendor allows you access to view, download, and submit bids.

Procurement Public Information Request – All Public Information Request must be submitted to the City’s Secretary’s Office and will be complied with in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code 552).
Please note that contents of RFPs are not disclosed in order to keep the information confidential until negotiations are completed as per Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code 552.104)
