Facilitate and execute policy decisions of the City Commission.
Provide leadership and management support to the City organization.
Promote and enhance organizational cultural development and participatory leadership.
Evaluate service delivery for the implementation of best management practices throughout departments.
Provide project and change management support, management, monitoring and reporting, citizen contact and relations, strategic planning, and agenda coordination.
Develop 5-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and manage capital improvement projects in conjunction with other departments.
