Below is a list of why some facilities may be closed down (closure). Food facilities remain closed until the condition resulting in the closure has been corrected and verified by a Public Health Official. Conditions that would result in a facility closure include, but are not limited to the following:

Sewage contamination

Lack of potable water

No hot water

Unsafe food temperatures

Ill employees

Rodent/Insect infestation

Non compliance with Health Department rules and regulation

Any other condition that would prohibit the facility from operating in a safe manner
