HB 305 Notice
- The Texas State Legislature passed House Bill 305 on June 14, 2019, and became effective on September 1, 2019. The bill requires that a political subdivision, with the authority to impose a tax that at any time on or after January 1, 2019, maintained a publicly accessible Internet website, shall include certain information, including information regarding upcoming elections, on that web site pursuant to the effective date.
- La Legislatura del Estado de Texas aprobó el Proyecto de Ley 305 de la Cámara de Representantes el 14 de junio de 2019 la cual entro en vigor el 1 de septiembre de 2019. El proyecto de ley requiere que una subdivisión política, con la autoridad para imponer un impuesto que en cualquier momento a partir del 1 de enero de 2019, se mantenga un sitio web de Internet de acceso público deberá incluir cierta información, incluyendo información sobre las próximas elecciones, en ese sitio web conforme la fecha de vigencia.
