Kids to Parks Day – celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May – is a national day of play that connects kids and families with their local, state, and national park. Kids to Parks Day is an opportunity to cultivate future generations of outdoor enthusiasts and conservationists. Bringing families and kids of all ages outdoors to their parks, Kids to Parks Day instills the value and appreciation of our public lands creating the next generation of park stewards.
Kids to Parks Day has the fortune of falling on same day as the flagship for Park RX and the first Lunada of summer season at Linear Park.
May 18, 2019 at Linear Park will be a big celebration combining all of these efforts PLUS a free movie in the park.
