PARD Re-Opening Plan:  In an effort to flatten the curve of COVID-19 and continue to deliver critical services to you, the City of Brownsville Parks and Recreation Department has created and established a Continuity Plan. Below is a roundup of measures that PARD may consider taking to ensure the continuity of operations as we respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
