WHAT:           

The City of Brownsville, in partnership with the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation, Brownsville Public Utilities Board, Cameron County, Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation, Port of Brownsville, Texas Southmost College, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and Workforce Solutions Cameron, will host the Sine Die Merienda – a salute to our delegation for their efforts during the 85th Texas Legislative Session – to be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 9, 2017, at the Historic Young House, 500 E. Saint Charles Street in Brownsville.

Special guests will include: Senator Eddie Lucio, Jr.; State Rep. Eddie Lucio III; and State Rep. René O. Oliveira.
