On October 30, 2014, the Office of Grant Management & Community Development (OGM/CD) submitted an application to the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC) Capital Grants Cycle II for our proposed Community Voice Kiosks project.

The project proposes to use BCIC funding for kiosks that will display customized bilingual surveys to capture feedback from the community, and, thus, ensure that Brownsville residents are actively engaged in making recommendations for community improvements and participating in critical decision-making processes that affect their quality of life.
