Brownsville City Commissioner District 3 Deborah Portillo, accompanied by City Commissioner At-Large “B” Rose M. Z. Gowen, invites local residents to participate in the first Community Night: Town Hall Meeting, to be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2016, at the Brownsville Event Center, 1 Event Center, Brownsville, Texas.

Residents may submit up to two questions and/or concerns regarding any topic. In addition, they are encouraged to submit which of their favorite City of Brownsville projects or initiatives they would like to see expanded in the community.
