Due to inclement weather, outdoor events scheduled for weekend of October 19-20 have been changed or canceled.
Events at Dean Porter Park have not been canceled.
Scarecrow Trail and Pumpkin patch will remain as planned.
There is a change in plans regarding the costume contest and outdoor movie.
The Movie in the Patch at Dean Porter Park has been moved indoors.
The movie in the patch will still feature PG rated 80s classic Beetlejuice, but it will be shown inside the Ringgold Civic Pavilion. Doors will open at 6 PM.
The scheduled Halloween costume contest will also take place inside pavilion. Please note, due to safety, the event will now allow entry to the first 400 guests.

The Park After Dark event scheduled for October 20th at the Brownsville Sports Park has been canceled. The Monster Dash Race will still happen, but the time has been moved up. The Monster Dash Race will now begin at 5PM. The Sports Park Dome will host an indoor Halloween themed activity for all ages: Monster Hunt. The monster hunt will be open from 6 pm to 10 pm.
