Come and ride in a control pace “PELOTON” and feel like you are in the Tour de France!!

This is the second annual Raul Alcala Challenge / Gran Fondo Brownsville-South Padre Island, Tx on November, 6th 2016, hosted in Brownsville TX and in the US.

The Raul Alcala Challenge / Gran Fondo Brownsville showcases the Mexican – American border site and the Historical Downtown Brownsville, the course is on the Lower Rio Grande Valley and the stunning beauty of best Texan beach on the Gulf of Mexico at South Padre Island.

All Cyclists will take on from Downtown Brownsville at ITECC (International Technology, Education and Commerce Center) to South Padre Island and back going throug Post Isabel, Laguna Vista, Bayview, San Benito, Rancho Viejo and back to Brownsville to ITECC. This is a RIDE not a Race but each other will be challenging themselves, in a personal endurance challenge; the challenge is the distance, heat and wind.

The Medium Fondo ride is on the same day and time. Media Fondo FINISH LINE at Schlitterbahn Water Park in South Padre Island.
