What is ADA Paratransit Service?
ADA Paratransit Service is a prearranged origin-to-destination service for persons with disabilities whose eligibility has been determined by a certification process. Passengers must call the day before their trip to schedule the trip. Paratransit is a shared-ride program, meaning that multiple passengers may be grouped together in the same vehicle for trips with different pick up and drop off locations.

The ADA Paratransit Service is offered during the same working hours as the fixed route service and is provided in areas that are within 3/4 of a mile from BUS’s regular fixed routes.
