Violation of this ordinance is here by declared to be a public nuisance and is subject to punishment. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof in which the violation is continued or permitted and will be fined up to $2,000.
In addition, a person who owns, manages, operates, or otherwise controls a public place or place of employment may result in the suspension or revocation of any permit or license issued to the person for the premises on which the violation occurred.
