Ms. Constanza Miner joined the City of Brownsville in 2015 and currently serves as the City of Brownsville Planning and Development Services Director. Prior to becoming the Planning and Development Services Director, Ms. Miner served in several other capacities including Zoning and Subdivision Administrator, Interim Planning and Zoning Director and Planning Director of Operations.

Further, Ms. Miner has over twenty years of experience acting as a business executive in the private sector and twelve years of experience in real estate development as a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.

Ms. Miner holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Texas Pan American. She is a candidate in the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program (expected July 2019) with a specialization in Public Administration from Northcentral University.
