Ms. Rachel Figueroa joined the City of Brownsville in 1997 and has worked for the City Manager’s Office (CMO) for more than twenty years.  Ms. Figueroa started with the CMO as an Administrative Specialist. She has since then, been promoted to Secretary to the City Manager and Executive Assistant for the City Manager’s Office. 

As the Executive Assistant, Ms. Figueroa performs varied administrative activities for the department, the City Manager, Deputy City Manager and Assistant City Managers. Ms. Figueroa supervises the secretarial staff and oversees the daily administrative operations.
